Terms of Service

Apply Wizard provides tools to help authorized users discover job openings, organize application workflows, match openings to profiles based on job descriptions, prepare tailored resume drafts, and use assisted form filling when applying. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of third-party websites (including employer career sites)
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent application materials
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others, or to distribute malware
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with us or employers

You remain solely responsible for applications you submit and for complying with each employer’s requirements and site terms. Assisted filling does not replace your review and approval before submit.

You retain ownership of content you upload (profiles, resumes, answers, notes). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service as you direct. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

The Service may interact with third-party sites and providers (for example career pages, hosting, or email). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for hiring decisions made by employers.

The Service—including software, design, and branding—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that any application will be received, reviewed, or result in an interview or offer, or that automated assistance will be error-free on every website.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your applications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or site terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
